These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GreenGo software application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at greengomusic.com.
The Service is provided by an individual operating under Individuali veikla (Individual Activity) Registration No. 1498242, economic activity code EVRK: 621090 (Other information technology and computer service activities), registered in the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter — "Provider", "we", "us").
By creating an account, subscribing, downloading, installing, or using GreenGo, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
GreenGo is a desktop browser application, together with a companion online account platform, built for DJs and producers. It lets you browse the web with a built-in ad blocker, capture, download and convert audio, detect BPM, musical key, energy and mood, separate tracks into stems, and organise and visualise your library with the SoundMap.
Access to GreenGo is provided on a subscription basis and requires a GreenGo account. The following plans are available (prices in USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes):
All plans include the full application and every tool. A 7-day free trial is available as described in Section 5. Prices and plans may change from time to time; any change will apply to renewals occurring after the change and will be communicated in advance.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using GreenGo, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
A GreenGo account is required to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address, verify it, and choose a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use. Your subscription and entitlements are tied to your account.
Payment processing. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
Free trial. The 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method. You are charged $0.00 at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Monthly plan ($5.99/month) and your payment method will be charged. The free trial is limited to one per user.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on your plan) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You authorise these recurring charges.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successfully collected.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active subscription (including the free trial), the Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GreenGo on your personal devices for personal use for the duration of your subscription.
You may not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GreenGo complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. The Service is intended for use with content that the User owns or has explicit permission to use for organization purposes. The Provider does not endorse, facilitate, or authorize the acquisition of copyrighted content without proper authorization from the rights holder.
GreenGo is a tool for media organization; the legality of your specific use case is your sole responsibility. You agree not to use the Service in a manner that violates the Terms of Service of any third-party platform from which you import media.
The GreenGo application collects limited device information and validates your subscription / entitlement when it is launched, for the purposes of license validation and abuse prevention. The substantive work GreenGo performs runs locally on your device. Details of data collected are described in our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the GreenGo software, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law:
The Provider may release updates, patches, or new features of GreenGo at its discretion. Updates and new features are included with an active subscription at no additional cost. The Provider makes no guarantee regarding the frequency, timeline, or scope of updates, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. The Service depends on availability of our online account and licensing systems and on third-party platforms you choose to access; occasional downtime or interruptions may occur.
The Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the software. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer protection legislation. As GreenGo provides immediate access to digital content and services upon subscribing, and as a free trial is offered so you can evaluate the Service before being charged, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited where you have expressly consented to immediate performance. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
